Yes, Michael and Nandina...good stuff.
I think such thoughts can be applied well to the science of weather, ie:
allow knowledge to be a spring board to deeper understanding not and end
in itself. One that I like to use is, "The only difference between a
wise person and a foolish person is that the wise person KNOWS how
foolish they are." :-)
